I'm a dreamer at my core. Most of my day is spent entranced in a daydream.

Night is my favorite time of day.

My husband, Matthew, is my best friend.  He is a stand up guy in a world of flakes.

The complexity of nature perplexes me. As an artist, I have the utmost respect for the Creator who gave us ALL of this beauty to absorb- to be able to make every fingerprint different, to think of putting stripes on a zebra, and blooms on trees.

I love to sing and write lyrics.  Due to my terrible stage freight, I have always been a back-up singer and never have the guts to do the solos when asked to.

My favorite wild animals are owls and otters.

I'm addicted to products that appear in shiny or pretty bottles [even if they cost $4 extra]. I will try to tell you otherwise, but its all lies.

I played and competed in piano for 5 years and never appreciated it at the time. Now I so badly wish I still played. I hope to take lessons again very soon.

My secret crush[es]: Glen Hansard of The Frames- sense of humor and man can he sing, Scott Avett, and Scott Speedman and his mischievous smile. 

If I even think about public speaking, I start to sweat.

I often doubt the strength of my own wings. And when I push myself into circumstances out of my comfort zone, I am surprised at how they carry me.

My favorite celebrity is Keri Russell.

I'd much prefer to have 5 friends with whom I can share everything, then have 500 people know my name.

When its late at night and I look up to see all those twinkling lights in the sky, my heart swells with awe for the God I serve.

Hearing little children giggle is one of my favorite sounds. Along with the breaking of a peppermint patty.
